and with that, her dreams are coming true every day. The 23 year old model/actress is shape shifting into new characters every day. Not your typical model Jillisa Lynn a passionate business women, an affectionate friend, a goofy character, lover of everything cheese and her family (whom support her to the fullest). Setting herself a part and not only accomplishing shooting with over 60 photographers, being published in more then 10 magazines, featured in over 15 music videos and 6 films, to hosting over 40 events and working with numerous celebrities, Jillisa Lynn is also becoming her own brand. Taking her outgoing personality and further seizing the moment to one day see her face and name on movie screens and billboards.

A native of Rochester, New York Jillisa moved around a lot in her child hood being considered a “rebel” very early in life. Attending 16 schools and even moving from New York to Florida for a short time. Seeing that the road she was headed down was a dead end she quickly turned her life and outlook on it around. By the time she was a senior in high school, she was the captain of her cheerleading squad, a leading student amongst her peers and even highly recognized by her principal. The turning point in her life not only brought about positivity but a new venture, modeling.

Attending college for almost a year she was suddenly presented with an opportunity to shoot with a photographer for a video game website. One foot on set and she knew as well as everybody else that the camera loved her and she loved it back. She had found an outlet. Something she saw that could go further, not only posing and being pretty but setting a standard for herself and other younger models. Her “down to earth” persona makes her a pleasure to work with and even a role model to younger women who inspire to model. Constantly, being asked advice from young girls and without hesitation giving the truth, “It’s hard work,” Jillisa says, “but just remember your biggest competition is only yourself.”

From moving to California with only $500 in her pocket to 2 years later being the new spokes model for the enhanced mineral water “OxyWater” to being featured in such magazines as The Source, BlackMen, ESPN, GIRLS, HipHopWeekly and working with artist such as Snoop Dogg, Soulja Boy, Keri Hilson, Tyrese, Ray-J, Jamie Foxx and Justin Timberlake just to name a few. As much as she would love to call it a success story, she will humbly settle for calling it being very blessed. Her “story” is definitely not done yet. The chapters in her life keep getting better and better and the book is far from over. A young, however wise, spirit she is ever changing and transforming. Never ready to settle with just being a model or just being an actress, Jillisa Lynn wants to share and inspire her story with others as her journey just begins, follow her.
